As a team, we will be by your side through every step of the planning! On the day of your event we’ll be there playing the role of your Day-Of Coordinator —- making sure every detail is perfect and stress-free, so you can enjoy your event alongside your guests. Need your dress bustled? We are here! A surprise guest shows up? We’ve got it covered!
Once you choose a Culinary Infusion venue, you’re part of the family! We are creatives, dreamers, and do-ers, and we cannot wait to work with you!
the planning team
Hanni Gould | Chief Operations Officer
Hi, my name is Hanni and I am the Chief Operations Officer for our parent company, Culinary Infusion. After living in Seattle and Tampa, I relocated back to Wisconsin when my family was transitioning from a catering company into venue owners. I have been a part of the planning and design for every detail of our three venues —- Circa on Seventh, The Covenant at Murray Mansion, and Upper East.
I’m an entrepreneur at heart —– both of my parents and grandparents were self-employed, so that’s all that I knew growing up. I’ve been working in the wedding industry on and off for over 20 years (my first job was working waitstaff at a golf course venue), and absolutely love everything about it. This industry is ever changing, so our creative muscles are always being flexed, and the relationships that are made last well beyond wedding day.
When I’m not working, my four kiddos (Adelaide, Carson, and our identical twins Molly and Gwen) keep me very busy! If there’s any free time left in there, you can definitely find me listening to a podcast, playing in the garden, or hanging out on the pier at our family’s lakehouse.
On behalf of our entire team, welcome to the Culinary Infusion family!
Hannah Capelli | Venue Director, The Covenant at Murray Mansion
Hi, my name is Hannah and I’m the Venue Director at The Covenant at Murray Mansion. I’m the girl behind the overall operations of the venue, from tours and meeting with couples to handling our social media and being the point-person at events! As a former #covenantbride myself, my goal is to make your wedding planning process as enjoyable and seamless as possible!
When I’m not creating a perfectly executed event, you can find me chasing around my daughter, Sula, and my two golden retriever pups, Cooper & Holly.
Katie Franz | event specialist
Hello! I’m Katie, and after being a bride at Circa on Seventh, I joined the team in spring 2022. You can find me at one of our two Kenosha venues, Upper East and Circa on Seventh. I loved planning my own wedding —- watching all the small details come together that you’ve been focusing on for months is the best feeling. In this role, I am able to ensure that our couples’ perfect day goes off without a hitch! There is no better feeling!
Madison ringdahl | Event supervisor
Hi, I’m Madison! I’m one of the Event Supervisors for Culinary Infusion. On event day, you can find me leading the staff behind the scenes, and being the main point person as you dance the night away at your reception! I love ending the night with couples to ensure every minute of the day is truly the “Best Day Ever” from start to finish!
When I’m not helping with dinner service, serving drinks at the bar, or cleaning up decor, you can find me spending time with my family in Iowa and chasing around my dogs – Brody & Stormi.
Maddie bailey | associate planner / Event supervisor
Hi! My name is Maddie Bailey, and I am an Event Supervisor at The Covenant at Murray Mansion as well as our sister venues, Upper East and Circa on Seventh in Kenosha. I have been a part of the Culinary Infusion family since 2019, when I started as a waitstaff team member and quickly fell in love with being a part of people’s big days! I am so happy that I have the opportunity to plan with our couples, and make sure that every part of their “best day ever” is truly everything they envisioned, and more!
When I am not working events or studying for my Early Childhood Education degree at Wisconsin Lutheran College, you can find me plant shopping, singing, or spending time with my family!
Kathy meyer | Owner
Hello, I am Kathy —- the owner of Culinary Infusion. Prior to forming our catering company, I worked with top-class caterers in both the Milwaukee and Chicago-land areas. With the knowledge and education I gained from those experiences, I partnered with my husband, Keith, to bring an exceptional culinary experience to Southeastern Wisconsin. Since our rebranding in 2013, we have since opened three wedding & event venues of our own, while continuing to caterer at select preferred venues around the area.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my five grandchildren, ranging from ages 3 to 8. I absolutely love spending time in my garden and also focusing on home redesign. Currently, we own two Airbnb properties —- one attached to our Racine, WI venue, The Covenant at Murray Mansion!
THE culinary TEAM
Keith meyer | Owner
My name is Keith and I am the Executive Chef at The Covenant at Murray Mansion. I’m one of the owners of Culinary Infusion and founded the company with my wife, Kathy. We catered together for years and saw a niche market that we wanted to take on in our hometown of Kenosha and SE Wisconsin. Growing up with my father owning and operating a butcher shop, food was always so important to our family, and today our clients get to experience that quality. We started with a food background, so food is what we do best! The one compliment we hear all the time? “This was the best wedding food we have ever had!” This immediate gratification and the happiness on our guests’ faces is the best part of working events.
After 22 years of coaching 7th-grade girls basketball (which turned out to be a great staff recruiting pool through the years!), I retired from that role to spend my free time with my seven grandchildren. They keep me young!
steve mack | executive chef
My name is Steve and I am an Executive Chef with Culinary Infusion, overseeing our Kenosha venues —- Upper East and Circa on Seventh. After years of working with the team on my weekends off from my job in IT, I decided to make this my full-time gig! I’m able to utilize my degree in accounting by crunching numbers and handling all accounting-related job duties for Culinary Infusion during the day, and by night you can find me prepping food and carving tenderloin as the chef. After the food has been served and the kitchen is clean, I love to take a minute and soak in the celebration. We are just one small part of one of the most important days of a couple’s lives, and that’s a feeling I enjoy embracing every weekend.
Kaycee galitz | banquet & Pastry Chef
Hi, I’m Kaycee — the official Pastry Chef (IE. Sweet Treat Extraordinaire) of Culinary Infusion! My love for baking began when I joined the Culinary Infusion team back in 2009; since then, I have successfully completed a degree in Baking & Pastry Productions from Le Cordon Bleu College in Chicago. Not only am I the mastermind behind all of the delicious desserts Culinary Infusion has to offer, I also assist with preparing and coordinating all things food-related behind the scenes.
I like to consider my role on the team one of the “most important”, because what’s a celebration without food and DESSERT?! But don’t let my sweet side fool you, I am also a competitive powerlifter!
Nick Picchietti | banquet chef
I’m Nick and you can find me cooking at our two Kenosha venues, Upper East and Circa on Seventh. After working part-time with the team for a few years, I decided to make the leap to be a full-time member of Culinary Infusion.
Your wedding day should be perfectly you. And with that, it should stand out to your guests as one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. By creating a fresh, delicious take on “comfort food” you will be hearing “that’s one of the best meals I’ve ever had” for years to come!
